Drawing on deep private equity experience with consumer-facing and franchise businesses, she's helped brands scale thoughtfully without losing sight of the person on the other side of the counter. What drives her is simple: excellent care should be accessible, delivered with warmth, speed, and ease. A scientist at heart, Yanina brings rigor and curiosity to everything she builds, paired with an MBA from INSEAD and a genuine love of solving problems that improve people's lives. That same conviction extends beyond the business itself — a belief that confidence-building care shouldn't be a privilege, but something worth sharing as widely as possible.

A Registered Nurse with deep expertise in Cardiovascular ICU care, heart transplants, and facial aesthetics, he learned early — caring for patients at leading Washington, DC hospitals — that the best outcomes come from truly seeing the person in front of you. That belief carried him into aesthetics, where he built a thriving, concierge-level practice in the Dupont area known for its personal touch. For Dzmitry, this work has always been about more than results: it's about helping people feel confident in their own skin, and making that feeling accessible to more people, not fewer, wherever they are. A former educator with a background in the travel industry, Dzmitry brings a global, human-first perspective to every patient relationship he builds.
