Runway was created to make personal care feel simpler, more thoughtful, and more human. First Flight carries that responsibility beyond our studios. The contribution happens automatically with every treatment. Guests are never asked to add a donation, round up their total, or opt in.

WHY FIRST FLIGHT
We work with faces every day, so we chose to support surgical care focused on the face.
Through our surgical care partner, First Flight helps expand access to specialized procedures, including cleft lip and palate repair and treatment for facial tumors, in communities where that care may otherwise be out of reach.
These procedures address conditions that can affect health, function, comfort, and daily life. Supporting access to that care felt like a direct and meaningful way for Runway to give back.
